I am currently doing a complete restoration of KC 114. I am estimating that this boat was built in 1968. It was equipped with a wood mast and boom, a fixed 30 degree rudder, and very few unusable fittings. I have cut the deck off, and am re-doing all under deck support structure (most likely being overbuilt, but I want this boat to last another 40 years), installing a new mast step and deck bearing, and upgrading to an alloy mast.
